Designed with carbon fiber cording and a low friction fabric tooth coating – the belts run longer, harder and quieter than any Gates Poly Chain timing belt on the market today. Rather than using a polyurethane rubber in the manufacturing process, Mitsuboshi uses HNBR rubber to increase the power rating by 10%! The best part is… It costs 25% less, for you!
Adopting high modulus carbon fiber for tensile cords, we pursue strength and flexibility of the belt. It is expected to improve the performance of machinery and equipment due to the effects of space-saving, lightweight design, and low noise by further narrowing the belt width.
